RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. Most items may be returned for a full refund if they are in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to the policy outlined below for further details.
INITIATING A RETURN:
-To initiate a return, please email email@example.com to receive a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. We will respond to your email within one business day (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm Central Standard Time). Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email. While you are not required to provide a reason for your return, we always appreciate a brief note to that effect, so that we may continue to improve your experience at Wink & Rise.
-All returns must be initiated within 45 days of our shipping the order. Returns received outside of this window will be accepted at our discretion. (During the holiday season, we may extend the return period; this will be noted on the website).
-Items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging, including tags, user manuals, etc. Items received without their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
-Gift cards are not returnable and may only be redeemed for merchandise from Wink & Rise.
-After your return is approved, we will email you a printable pre-paid shipping label.
-Carefully pack and seal your item and receipt, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box. Make sure to remove or cover any additional shipping labels before sending the package.
-Drop the package off at your local UPS for shipment back to us.
We recommend that you use UPS to ship returns back to us so that they are properly insured. However, you are also free to use a carrier of your choice and at your own expense. Please understand that we cannot accept liability for goods that are not returned via our approved process. If you wish to use your own carrier, please address the shipment as follows:

Please note: you are responsible for ensuring that the item makes it back to us safely, so we recommend that you request a receipt and tracking information when you send it. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. We will gladly send such items back to you, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when we receive and process your returned items. Your credit card company may take up to one full billing cycle to post the refund to your account.
Refunds will be for the amount at which you purchased the item (taking into account any discounts, promotions, and/or coupons, as well as any applicable sales tax). Refunds cannot be issued for initial shipping costs, with the exception of items that arrived damaged or defective or in cases in which the incorrect item was shipped.
If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we would be happy to issue a gift card or credit.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we invite you to return the item you received for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like via our website.
